Job description
Role Purpose
The role monitors Takealot orders and correspondence, requests and prepares stock, creates authorised. The role also supports returns, RMA reconciliation, disputes, reimbursements, transfer-back-to-stock processes and daily reporting while protecting stock accuracy, order deadlines, customer service and audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Required
- Previous experience in order fulfilment, e-commerce, marketplace operations, warehousing, stock control, dispatch, returns or logistics will be advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with email, spreadsheets and online portals.
- Good numerical ability and attention to item codes, quantities, barcodes, serial numbers and order references.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet operational cut-off times.
- Fluent English and clear written and verbal communication.

Skills and Competencies
- Strong attention to detail, checking discipline and stock accuracy.
- Ability to understand purchase orders, collection slips, picking lists, courier documents and marketplace instructions.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate facts and escalate with clear evidence.
- Good Excel or Google Sheets ability for operational trackers and reporting.
- Strong organisation, follow-up, urgency, teamwork and accountability.
- Ability to protect confidential information and use systems responsibly.
Advantageous
- Experience with Takealot Seller Portal or another online marketplace.
- Experience with Celerity or a similar ERP system.
- Experience with Bob Go, Shiprazor, Fastway or other courier booking platforms.
- Experience with returns, RMA reconciliation, disputes, reimbursements and transfer-back-to-stock processes.
- Experience handling electronics, serialised, fragile or high-value stock.
Pay: R5 500,00 - R6 500,00 per month
