Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through to onboarding.
• Support and drive bulk/volume recruitment across a range of roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and your team.
• Keep recruitment information accurate and up to date.
• Look for simple, smarter ways to improve the recruitment process.

Minimum requirements

Job requirements:

• Grade 12/ Matric required
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally with exposure to bulk/volume hiring.
• Experience with reporting, recruitment tools and MS Office.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Someone who is organised, accountable and takes ownership.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to work at pace.
• A teachable mindset, open to feedback, keen to learn and motivated to grow.
