Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 SAST

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our end to end

recruitment process, with a particular focus on recruiting Patient Service Co-ordinators,

which are the first point of contact for patients, managing enquiries, appointments, referrals,

and their overall healthcare journey in the UK. Patient Service Co-Ordinator’s requires

empathy, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised and

calm in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding this role, will help YOU identify the right candidates, people who combine

genuine care for patients with strong administrative ability.

This is an opportunity to go beyond simply filling vacancies. You will build talent pipelines,

shape hiring strategy, improve recruitment processes, and create an outstanding candidate

experience from first contact through to onboarding.

You will be required to

 Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief to onboarding

 Source and attract high quality talent using modern recruitment techniques

 Conduct competency based screening and interviews

 Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

 Manage recruitment activity through our ATS

 Track recruitment metrics and provide reporting to Management and HR

 Drive continuous improvement across the recruitment process

We are looking for

 2+ years' recruitment experience

 Experience using an ATS

 Strong administration, reporting, and Excel skills

 Excellent communication and relationship building abilities

 Highly organised, proactive, and detail focused

 Confident working independently and taking ownership
