TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Moving Capital Group is looking for a proactive, commercially minded and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and secure high-quality talent across its diverse group of businesses.

This is not a purely administrative recruitment role. It requires an energetic talent professional who actively sources candidates, builds networks, develops sustainable talent pipelines and takes ownership of recruitment outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment Delivery

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are effectively scoped, sourced and filled within agreed timelines.

• High-Volume Recruitment

Proactively recruit contact centre sales, client services and operational employees while maintaining ready-to-hire talent pools.

• Specialist and Executive Search

Conduct targeted searches and headhunting for specialist, scarce-skill, senior management and executive appointments.

• Talent Sourcing and Networking

Build professional networks, referral channels and segmented talent pipelines through active engagement with prospective candidates.

• Employer Branding

Develop compelling recruitment content and talent-attraction initiatives that promote the Group’s culture, values and employee value proposition.

• ATS and Recruitment Analytics

Maintain accurate ATS records, manage candidate pipelines and use recruitment data to monitor and improve performance.

• Candidate Experience and Compliance

Provide a professional candidate experience while ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant recruitment and selection practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 to 5 years’ talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Strong proactive sourcing, networking and headhunting capability.
• Commercially minded and motivated by targets, delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Strong interviewing, screening, assessment and candidate-evaluation skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other direct-sourcing platforms.
