The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire outstanding talent.
You'll play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job requisition through to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies for multiple business functions.
- Manage several vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Conduct headhunting and passive candidate outreach.
- Screen CVs and applications against role requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with active and passive candidates.
Candidate Assessment
- Conduct telephone and video interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, behavioural competencies, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations.
- Provide timely interview feedback.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities.
- Advise managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
- Support offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Recruitment Administration
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Update recruitment activity within the CRM.
- Prepare offer documentation and recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations and company recruitment policies.
Employer Branding
- Write engaging job advertisements.
- Promote vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media.
- Enhance the employer brand by delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Participate in virtual career fairs and recruitment initiatives.
Recruitment Analytics
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Recommend improvements to recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by:

Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Previous experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions is highly desirable.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
