Overall Job Purpose

The role supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and talent management. It is responsible for integrating insights through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders. This position ensures that culture and talent strategies are based on evidence and aligned with business priorities. It requires the ability to skillfully synthesize research and analysis to produce high-quality reports and documents.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Intelligence
  • Proficiency in Excel / Power BI (or similar analytics tools).
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems is essential.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics, talent management, organizational development, or related areas would be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Experience in human resources, preferably talent management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the talent management, culture and best practices.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Talent Intelligence, Planning & Reporting

  • Consolidate talent data (talent profiles and succession plans) to highlight capability gaps, and succession coverage risks.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers for succession planning, High potential individuals' identification and internal mobility.
  • Conduct trend analysis (e.g., pipeline strength, readiness indicators, risk exposure, gender representation).
  • Track implementation of talent actions and development interventions, providing progress reports.
  • Consolidate insights and data packs to enable storytelling for leadership.

Culture & Engagement Insights

  • Support the implementation of culture survey and analysis of results to identify systemic issues and emerging cultural risks.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand and translate diagnostics into actionable interventions that shape a high-trust, high-performance culture.
  • Highlight red flags and bright spots across people experience metrics to inform continuous improvement.

System & Process Management

  • Conduct regular data audits, uploads, and validations across the talent systems (e.g. Neptune, LinkedIn etc).
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and third parties for resolution.
  • Streamline and automate reporting using Excel, Power BI, and dashboarding tools.
  • Work closely with other HRBPs and analytics teams to ensure clean, integrated data pipelines.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support capability building by guiding HRBPs in interpreting and acting on insights from systems and reports.
  • Translate complex data into simple visuals and compelling narratives to support business cases and leadership decisions.
  • Tailor reporting for different audiences, including HR, executive leadership.

Business co-ordination:

  • Management of calendars effectively, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage incoming requests.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively prepare for upcoming meetings and deadlines.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Facilitate communication between the line manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and track ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
