What you could be involved in

As a Merchandise Trainee, you may have the opportunity to:

Support Buying or Planning teams with day-to-day category activities.

Learn about product ranges, customer trends and retail trading.

Assist with analysing sales, stock, margin and product-performance information.

Support range reviews, product selection, demand forecasting and stock-flow activities.

Work closely with Buyers, Planners, suppliers and other cross-functional teams.

• Build your understanding of retail commercial processes and develop towards a career in Buying or Merchandise Planning.
