Job Description An exciting opportunity exists for a Talent Experience & Insights Specialist to drive Talent Acquisition excellence through the optimisation of recruitment processes, technology, governance, capability frameworks, analytics and stakeholder experience.
The role is responsible for enhancing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition journey by leveraging data-driven insights, improving recruitment technologies and processes, fostering stakeholder capability, and embedding consistent recruitment standards across the organisation.
Working closely with People & Culture teams, hiring leaders, technology partners and external service providers, the incumbent will support the design and implementation of scalable Talent Acquisition solutions that improve operational efficiency, candidate experience and business outcomes while ensuring alignment to governance requirements and organisational objectives.
Key Result Areas Talent Acquisition Excellence & Process Optimisation
- Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain standardised recruitment processes, controls, governance frameworks and service standards.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and stakeholder experience.
- Facilitate process reviews and workshops to identify optimisation opportunities across recruitment activities.
- Ensure alignment of Talent Acquisition processes across business units and clusters.
Talent Acquisition Technology & Workday Optimisation
- Support the optimisation of Workday Recruitment and associated Talent Acquisition technologies.
- Partner with Human Capital Technology teams to enhance recruitment system functionality and user experience.
- Define and document business requirements, user stories and process improvements for system enhancements.
- Support technology integration initiatives across sourcing, assessment, vetting, onboarding and workforce planning processes.
- Drive adoption and utilisation of recruitment technology solutions through stakeholder enablement and training.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition technology roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
Talent Acquisition Analytics & Insights
- Develop and maintain recruitment reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Analyse Talent Acquisition data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain standardised recruitment metrics and reporting governance.
- Produce meaningful workforce insights that support business decision-making and workforce planning.
- Drive data quality, reporting accuracy and governance standards across TA systems.
- Support the development of Power BI and Workday reporting capabilities for Talent Acquisition.
Candidate, Hiring Manager & Employee Experience
- Drive enhancements to the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Monitor recruitment service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support onboarding process improvements to create a seamless employee transition experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and implement experience-focused solutions.
- Promote best practice recruitment and experience standards across the organisation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and People & Culture teams as a trusted advisor on recruitment processes and best practices.
- Facilitate Talent Acquisition Communities of Practice, forums and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Develop learning materials, guides, toolkits and self-service solutions that improve user capability.
- Deliver capability-building interventions and awareness sessions based on business needs and analytics insights.
- Support stakeholder engagement plans and communication initiatives.
Governance, Compliance & Standardisation
- Support the implementation and maintenance of recruitment governance frameworks, policies and controls.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Equity requirements, recruitment governance standards and organisational policies.
- Monitor process adherence and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Support audit and compliance activities relating to Talent Acquisition practices and systems.
- Maintain recruitment documentation, process maps and operating procedures.
Talent Pipelining & Workforce Enablement
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and specialist roles.
- Support future talent, graduate and internship recruitment initiatives.
- Leverage workforce and talent insights to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planning activities.
- Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required.
Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, Experience required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition, HR, Change Management, Workday or HR Analytics will be advantageous.
Experience
- 4-6 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, HR Projects, Workforce Planning or Talent Management.
- Experience with Workday Recruitment and HR technologies.
- Experience driving process improvement and optimisation initiatives.
- Experience in reporting, analytics and dashboard development.
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across business and HR functions.
- Experience within financial services will be advantageous.
