Job Spec:
Talent Support Specialist
Location: Offshore/Remote (working UK hours)
Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm UK Time
Leave: 20 days of annual leave
Compensation: Straight basic salary + management discretionary bonus (based on outputs and KPIs)

Role Overview
The Talent Support Specialist is the friendly, organised, and reliable backbone of our Talent Team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our candidates, helping schedule interviews, offering guidance, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. You’ll also support the Talent Team on a variety of recruitment administration tasks, helping keep everything on track.
This role is perfect for someone who is people-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn and grow in the recruitment and talent industry.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Scheduling:
Proactively book candidate interviews into recruiters’ diaries
Coordinate availability between candidates and recruiters
Ensure all parties are well-informed and prepared
Candidate Support:
Act as a friendly, professional first point of contact
Answer candidate questions when recruiters are unavailable
Provide updates and keep candidates engaged
Recruitment Administration:
Support the Talent Team with vacancy briefings (Ad-hoc)
Conduct reference checks (Ad-hoc)
Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in CRM systems
System Management:
You will be trained to confidently use platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Google Suite, and online video scheduling platforms, WhatsApp for Business
Keep records and systems updated and accurate
Team Support:
Assist with ad-hoc projects and admin tasks as needed
Work collaboratively with recruiters to ensure seamless service
