Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Google Docs, Google Drive and Google Classroom.
- Prior experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings.
- Ability to support and assist in coaching sports or cultural activities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities and managing daily lessons effectively.
- Provide academic assistance to learners, helping to address their individual learning needs and challenges.
- Assist in creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and development.
- Help organize and supervise extracurricular activities, including sports and cultural events, fostering learner involvement and team spirit.
- Utilize digital tools such as Google Docs, Drive and Classroom to support teaching and administrative tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with learners and teachers to support learner development and well-being.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning and positive behaviour.
- Demonstrate energy, care and approachability in all interactions to build strong, supportive relationships with learners.
