Job Summary

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand data requirements, generating insights, and presenting findings to improve operational efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement And Enhance Monitoring Systems Using Integrated Command Center Monitoring And Event Monitoring Tools To Improve Operational Reporting And Streamline Information Flow.

2. Collaborate With Clients To Comprehend Their Requirements And Ensure That The Support Team Consistently Meets Or Exceeds Client Expectations In Service Delivery.

3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Driving Team Accountability In Achieving Operational Excellence.

4. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Leveraging Insights From Technical Operations Center And It Support Monitoring To Enhance Overall Organizational Effectiveness.

5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Operational Capabilities, Optimizing The Use Of Network Operations Center And Batch Monitoring Tools To Achieve Desired Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

Strong proficiency in Nexthink, SQL for data extraction and manipulation Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) Solid knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of Python/R (preferred but not mandatory) Good communication and presentation skills

Other Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science , information technology or related field or equivalent experience . Proven experience as EUC support engineer or similar role . Strong knowledge of windows and macOS operating system . Experience with active Directory, Group policy and other directory services
