Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Scheduling agents.
Monitor team performance against targets.
Assist agents with escalations and customer resolution.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to agents.

Minimum requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
2 - 5 years’ experience in customer care, of which 1 -2 years are in leadership.
Strong knowledge of Customer Care processes.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
