Team Leader (Agrinet)

Agrinet is looking for a Team Lead to lead and support a team of handlers in achieving operational excellence. The successful candidate will ensure process standards are consistently maintained, drive team performance, and promote a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team to achieve operational targets and maintain process standards.

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to support development.

• Review operational performance, resolve day-to-day issues, and escalate where necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, health and safety, and housekeeping standards.

• Coordinate resources and equipment to support efficient daily operations.

• Monitor and report on team KPIs, driving continuous improvement and accountability.

• Promote effective communication and teamwork, while supporting relevant HR processes.

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a warehousing or distribution environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be advantageous.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills.
