About the Role

Treble Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Outbound Sales to join our dynamic call centre environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of outbound sales agents to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets. We are looking for a strong people leader who can drive accountability, improve team performance, and maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and motivate a team of outbound sales agents.
• Drive the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance against agreed KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and implement effective improvement plans.
• Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Provide ongoing sales coaching and guidance to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
• Monitor call quality, customer interactions, and adherence to company procedures.
• Handle customer and agent escalations professionally and effectively.
• Prepare and submit accurate performance reports to management.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve team results.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, attendance, and productivity within the team.
• Maintain a positive, motivated, and performance-driven team environment.
• Ensure team members comply with company policies, procedures, and campaign requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–3 years' experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor within an outbound sales or call centre environment.
• Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and call centre operations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-management abilities.
• Ability to analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable working with performance reports and spreadsheets.
• Previous experience in telecommunications campaigns will be an advantage.
• Professional references will be advantageous.
