This career opportunity is available in the Non-Motor Claims Department for the Non-Motor CSC Team Manager who will be based in BellvilleWHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Team Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance management, and oversight of a team of Claim Service Consultants. This role ensures that all claims are handled in line with organizational policies, procedures, and service level agreements, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience.WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE?
