Job description
About The Role
The Technical and Training Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support for the technical and training team. The position ensures that technical and training documentation, procedures, work instructions, and related documentation are accurately controlled, maintained, and readily available.
Key Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
- Prepare, format, review, and maintain technical and technical documentation.
- Maintain technical and training document registers.
- Data Capturing of Skills hours.
- Assist with capturing data for creating progress reports.
- Assist with document alignments.
- Proof reading documentations.
- Assist with preparation and compilation of documentation.
- Any other Ad hoc duties as required.
- Accurate document tracking and status reports.
- Document register accuracy.
- Accuracy and completeness of technical and training documentation.
Experience
- 2–5 years' experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, or quality environment.
- Familiarity with document management systems.
Qualifications
- No formal qualifications required as this is an entry-level position.

- Are you confident in your ability to work independently while also being an active part of a multi-disciplinary team?
- Have you successfully identified and resolved discrepancies within technical documentation in a previous role?
- Do you have experience assisting with the alignment and compilation of multiple complex documents?
- Are you comfortable taking on ad hoc administrative duties to support the broader technical and training team?
