About the Role

Agility Projects & Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Technical Consultant to provide technical support, maintenance, implementation, optimization, and administration services for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and related enterprise applications within municipal and enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will support ERP infrastructure, application services, integrations, system performance, upgrades, disaster recovery, and technical support operations.

Minimum Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet all the following requirements:

• National Diploma in Information Technology (NQF Level 6) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in IT Technical Support.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems.
• Experience in systems administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support for ERP and enterprise applications.
• Supporting system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Performing system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Supporting systems integration and interface management.
• Assisting with patch management and software deployments.
• Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Managing incidents, problems, and change requests.
• Maintaining technical documentation and support procedures.
• Supporting user training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
