Vacancy: Technical CoordinatorJoin Our Team
We are looking for a highly organised and technically minded Technical Coordinator to join our Planning Department.
This is a key role within our business, responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination between Sales, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, Installation Teams and Clients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring projects are technically accurate, delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from quotation handover through to final installation.
- Ensure technical requirements are clearly communicated between all departments.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications and client requirements.
- Coordinate workflow between Sales, Design, Procurement, Manufacturing and Installation teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure accurate measurements and technical information are available before manufacturing begins.
- Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions.
- Monitor quality throughout the manufacturing and installation process.
- Assist with production planning and scheduling based on priorities and capacity.
- Help control material usage, minimise waste and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with clients while maintaining professional communication.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Production Planning or a related technical field (advantageous).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a technical coordination, project coordination or production planning role.
- Experience within the aluminium, glass, façade, construction or manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of installation methods and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Computer literacy with experience using ERP, production planning or project management systems.
- Valid driver’s licence.
