*Technical Lead / Full-Stack Developer (Independent Contractor)* *Company:* Rerosperity Group *Location:* Remote. South Africa preferred *Job Type:* Independent Contractor | Project-Based | Part-Time *Rate:* Hourly or Project-Based *About Us* Rerosperity Group is a South African startup building digital applications, consumer products, and future tech ventures. We’re a small founder-led team working closely together. Our founding team includes women and we especially welcome applications from women who want to help build and shape a growing startup. *What You’ll Do* - Review and improve existing apps built on Replit and Base44 - Deploy apps to staging and production - Set up secure hosting, custom domains, databases, and authentication - Integrate APIs and fix bugs - Improve security and performance - Document all work clearly for the team *What We’re Looking For* - *Frontend:* React, JavaScript / TypeScript - *Backend:* http://Node.js - *Tools:* Git, Cloud hosting, Databases, API integration - *Bonus:* Experience with low-code/no-code platforms - Strong understanding of web security and clean code practices - Self-starter who can work independently and communicate clearly *Legal Requirements* Before any company systems or project details are shared, the successful contractor will be required to sign an NDA and Contractor Agreement. The agreement will cover confidentiality, project scope, and IP ownership. All work product will be assigned to Rerosperity Group. *How We Hire* 1. CV + Portfolio + GitHub review 2. Short technical assessment. Uses a sample app, not our company code 3. Interview with founders 4.
