Technical Marketer (Cookhouse)

Description

PSP Animal Feed, a part of the SSK Group, currently has a career opportunity at its Animal Feed Manufacturing plant in Cookhouse.

Responsibilities

• Skills will include developing marketing presentations, reporting on marketing trends, competition, and new products.
• Behavioural characteristics require that the successful candidate can perform a variety of tasks and demonstrate the necessary creativity that will help to successfully market the organization's products and services and conclude supply agreements.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing strategies, plans, and programs that will ensure the sustainable growth and expansion of services and products of the Animal Feeds Branch.
• The candidate provides technical support to the Animal Feed factory with respect to:
  • Formulation of Products/ Raw Material Selection/ Supplementation
  • Quality Assurance on Feed

Requirements

• Qualified Nutritionist with a BSc Agric with Nutrition as a subject.
• 2 – 4 years of marketing experience within an Animal Feed environment with an emphasis on dairy production.
• Confident, independent, persuasive, motivated, accurate, thorough, driven, integrity, professional, sense of responsibility, disciplined.
