Technical Sales Representative

About the Role

Energi Solutions @ Africa is seeking experienced and motivated External Sales Representatives to join our Sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of customers, developing new business opportunities and providing technical solutions that support customer requirements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business within assigned markets.Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

Promote and sell the company's products and solutions by understanding customer processes and recommending suitable applications.Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.

Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and manage opportunities through to order completion.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the Engineering and Internal Sales teams to deliver effective customer solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, site visits and industry events.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

5–7 years' experience in external B2B or technical sales.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new business.

Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Strong commercial and financial awareness.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

Education:

• Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Heating energy industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Engineering Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
