Job description

Senwes Equipment is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to strengthen technical capability across our workshops while supporting Workshop Managers, technicians, and customers.

You will act as the technical expert for your region by diagnosing complex equipment issues, providing on-site technical support, mentoring technicians, auditing workshop performance, reviewing technical reports, and ensuring workshops operate safely and profitably. The role also includes developing customer relationships, managing escalated complaints, promoting John Deere products and services, and supporting workshops to achieve operational and financial targets.

The successful candidate will have a qualified Tractor Technician trade, three or more years' John Deere technical experience, and leadership experience within a dealership or workshop environment. Previous experience coaching technicians and supporting workshop operations will be highly advantageous.
