Technical Supervisor

TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR – CRUSHING & SCREENING MAINTENANCE

An EME based in Pretoria East, Waltloo is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to join its team.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Fitting, Millwright, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in heavy mining plant maintenance.
• Proven experience in:
• Maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of vibratory screens
• Relining and maintenance of the following cone crushers:
• 7ft Cone Crushers
• 84-inch Allis Chalmers Cone Crushers
• TC84XR Weir Minerals Cone Crushers
• Removal and installation of mantles, concaves, and other crusher wear components.
• Vibratory screen panel replacement, exciter maintenance, screen alignment, and fault finding.
• Mechanical maintenance of crushing and screening plants.
• Shutdown planning, execution, and supervision.
• Mechanical fault finding, root cause analysis, and preventative maintenance.
• Conveyor systems and associated crushing plant equipment.
