Job description

Care Call Retail & Distribution Services is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or other support channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Identify and diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant department when required.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Previous technical support or customer service experience will be an advantage.
Good computer literacy and technical knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work weekends where required.

Pay: R5 048,38 - R8 000,00 per month
