Job description

We are looking for Dynamic and go-getters to apply for the role of Technical Support call Centre Agents.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with technical issues and inquiries related to our products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support through effective communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise.

Minimum Requirements:

Education - Grade 12 with post IT studies

Work Experience - Not required if studied diploma and above, if certificate to include work experience

Last worked in IT industry - minimum 12 months

Very well-spoken English - Non negotiable + 1 additional SA language
