Job description
Requirements:
- Managing the helpdesk and delivering professional technical support to customers.
- Setting up and updating new customer systems.
- Maintaining and updating UNMS devices daily.
- Performing stock control and tracking field inventory.
- Recording installations and repairs.
- Conducting on-site service calls safely and responsibly.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Providing clear instructions to customers on router and service usage.
- Testing and troubleshooting equipment and infrastructure issues.
- Removing or replacing equipment after service cancellations or changes.
- Conducting site surveys for potential customers.
- Collaborating with team members and assisting management with ad hoc tasks
Pay: From R3 500,00 per month
Experience:
- IT Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
Location:
- Potgietersrus, Limpopo (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
