T*1. *JOB PURPOSE for Forklifts support specialist
Technical support for customers, field service technicians and workshop staff
2. KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
· Telephonic support & assistance
Ensuring customers & staff receive assistance with technical enquiries and issues
· On Site support
Travel to site to support customers & staff with troubleshooting
Travel to site to support customers & staff with assessments
Travel to site to perform repairs where necessary
· Fault recording
Ensuring that a repository system is developed for fault recording and analysis

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for the following:
