Technician - Compact Construction Equipment

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic maintenance & repair on rental units such as oil changes, battery checks, and PM work
• Move and prepare rental equipment so it’s “Rent Ready” - staging, loading, & unloading rental customers
• Support the yard as needed - wash and inspect machines for issues or damage
• Support the rental, parts, and service departments when needed

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or GED (trade/tech school a plus)
• Someone who’s hands-on, mechanically curious, and eager to learn
• A team player with integrity and a safety-first mindset
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
