Purpose of the Role
The Telemarketing Agent is responsible for contacting prospective clients, introducing AlgoLend's lending solutions, qualifying leads, and achieving monthly performance targets. The role is focused on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce AlgoLend and its products and services.
- Identify customer needs and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Record call outcomes and maintain detailed customer records.
- Meet daily call, lead generation, and monthly performance targets.
- Book appointments and demonstrations where required.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support business development initiatives.
- Represent the AlgoLend brand professionally during every customer interaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous telemarketing, sales, customer service, or call centre experience will be advantageous.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to use CRM systems.
- Excellent telephone etiquette is essential.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
