We are expanding our network of telesales professionals and are looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals to join our team across various client campaigns.

We have multiple opportunities available across different industries, offering candidates the chance to work on campaigns that suit their experience and earning expectations.

Please note: Remuneration structures vary by campaign. Some positions offer a basic salary plus commission, while others operate on a commission-only basis with earning potential linked to performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote products and services across various campaigns.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records.
• Meet individual sales targets and campaign objectives.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver professional service.
• Adhere to campaign procedures and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confidence when speaking to customers over the telephone.
• A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Previous telesales or call centre experience will be an advantage, but not essential for all campaigns.
