Telesales Consultant

Cooper Casings is Looking for a Telesales Consultant to join our team.

A little bit about our company:

Copcas – a South African sausage casing supplier – was founded in 2002 with a mission to produce high quality sausage casings from local abattoirs.

Due to the superb quality and efficient service, we deliver to our customers, Copcas has grown over the years to be one of the leading sausage casing suppliers in South Africa.

Main Purpose of Job:

To call customers against the calling cycle to promote, sell, administer, and process orders for delivery on the required day.

Responsible for all capturing of client orders whilst driving sales to meet budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Call allocated customers daily as per call cycle

Handle incoming sales or general calls

Provide support to Sales Representatives by assisting in achievement of set budgets and increase in volumes and market share

Update the client database

Maintain and check the backorder report as well as date back orders, and minimise back orders on the on the system

Inform customers of products out of stock or of obstacles to efficient service delivery

Assist with problem solving or complaints

Build relationships with clients

Handle request from internal clients or departments

Assist the Call Centre Supervisor when required

Handle customer queries (late deliveries, non-deliveries, missing stock etc) through the line-management structure

Prepare quotations for customers, assisting in providing other key documents (product quotations, product certificates etc.) to customers.

Assisting customers quickly, friendly in an effective and professional manner

Treating customers with respect and dignity

Qualifications:

Matric or equivalent NQF

Requirements:

1 - 3 years' working experience in a telesales environment or Product knowledge

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Computer literate

Pay: From R15 000,00 per month
