Telesales / Lead Generation Agent – Real Estate

Location: Fairland/Randburg

About the Role

We are a growing estate agency looking for a confident, results-driven Telesales / Lead Generation Agent to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be outbound calling, qualifying potential buyers and sellers, and booking appointments for our estate agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is target-driven, and wants to earn commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls daily
Qualify buyer and seller leads (budget, area, timeframe)
Book appointments for estate agents
Communicate professionally in English and Afrikaans
Accurately capture and update information on the CRM
Follow up on leads professionally
Meet daily and monthly call and lead targets

Requirements

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (essential)
Previous telesales / call centre / cold calling experience (essential)
Strong communication and listening skills
Confident, professional telephone manner
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, Excel)
CRM experience will be an advantage
Real estate experience advantageous but not required

Salary & Commission

Basic salary: R8,000 per month
Commission: R250 – R400 per qualified lead
Sales bonus: R2,000 – R5,000 per completed sale (where applicable)

Top performers can earn R8,000 – R30,000+ per month.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 16:30
