Job description

Home and Office Solutions is a growing installation company specialising in solar power systems, CCTV/security camera systems, automated gate motors, and DSTV installations. We're looking for an energetic, well-spoken Telesales & Reception Administrator to be our customers' first point of contact and help grow our sales pipeline. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and past enquiries to promote our services Follow up on quotes and convert leads into bookings Book site visits and installation appointments Manage WhatsApp Business and online enquiries (Facebook, website) Keep lead records accurate and up to date Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers Manage the appointment diary/schedule Handle basic admin (filing, data capture, invoicing support)

Pay: R4 500,00 - R7 500,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High School (matric) (Required)

Experience:

  • telesales, call centre, or reception experience preferred: 1 year (Required)
  • Confident, friendly phone manner with persuasion skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English, Afrikaans, Sotho, Zulu, Venda (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's licence (Preferred)
  • sales/marketing/admin qualification a plus (Preferred)

Location:

  • Boksburg, Gauteng (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boksburg, Gauteng
