EXPERIENCED TELESALES / SALES AGENTS WANTED

We are looking for experienced and motivated Telesales / Sales Agents to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Description

As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for cold calling potential customers, contacting existing customers, promoting products and services, generating new business, and closing sales. The successful candidate will be target-driven, confident on the phone, and able to build strong customer relationships while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
Promote and sell products and services over the telephone.
Handle customer objections and confidently close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Accurately capture customer and sales information.

Requirements

Matric certificate is essential.
Minimum 2 years’ outbound telesales experience.
Proven experience in cold calling.
Experience in POS device or hardware sales will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Leads will be provided.

Position based at: Parktown
