Southern Pet Traders is looking for a Telesales & Sales Admin Assistant to join our team in Centurion.
This is an all-round sales support role for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, dealing with customers, following up on orders and leads, and helping with the everyday admin that keeps the sales team moving.
What you’ll be doing:
- Calling existing and potential retail customers
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Following up on leads, quotations and customers
- Assisting customers by phone, WhatsApp and email
- General sales and office admin
- Keeping customer details and follow-ups up to date
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Good knowledge of pet products is essential
- Confident and comfortable speaking to customers on the phone
- Good spoken and written English
- Afrikaans would be an advantage
- Organised, reliable and good at following through on tasks
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, email and WhatsApp
- Sales, telesales or retail experience would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- A friendly, professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Preferably living in Centurion or surrounding area
Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
