Simple Clean is a London-based building maintenance and exterior cleaning specialist working with property managers and block management companies across the South East of England.

We provide services including exterior cleaning, window cleaning, roof and gutter cleaning, building maintenance and major works.

The Role

You will:

· Make outbound calls to UK property managers and block management companies

· Introduce Simple Clean and our building maintenance services

· Identify potential projects and qualify sales opportunities

· Generate qualified leads and book site visits

· Follow up with prospects by phone and email

· Maintain accurate CRM records

· Build strong relationships with potential clients

· Work towards agreed call, lead and sales targets

What We’re Looking For

You should have:

· 1–3 years’ experience in telesales, outbound sales, telemarketing or B2B sales

· A confident and professional telephone manner

· Excellent spoken English

· Strong persuasion, listening and objection-handling skills

· A proven ability to work towards sales targets

· A resilient, positive and results-driven attitude

· Good organisational and follow-up skills

· Experience using CRM systems

· A reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment

Experience selling to UK businesses, property managers, facilities management or construction companies would be an advantage.

Working Hours

Part-time: 3–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday

You will work during UK business hours, which is approximately 11am–7pm South African time, depending on UK daylight-saving changes.

Specific hours can be agreed with the successful candidate.
