Job description
We are looking for motivated and target-driven Telkom Sales Agents to join our call centre team. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting Telkom products and services, handling customer objections, and successfully closing sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 months call centre sales experience
- Telkom sales experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Matric certificate
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell Telkom products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Follow the correct sales process and call-centre procedures.
- Accurately capture customer information on the system.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout customer interactions.
- Ensure all sales comply with company and campaign requirements.
- Follow up with customers where required.
- Maintain accurate call records and dispositions.
