Job description

JOB PURPOSE

The Outbound Call Centre Sales Agent is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, promoting company products and services, identifying customer needs, handling objections, and successfully closing sales.

The successful candidate must be confident, target-driven, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a high-performance call centre environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric / Grade 12
Previous call centre or telesales experience is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good command of English.
Basic computer literacy.
Ability to work with CRM, dialler, and other call centre systems.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Must be target-driven and motivated by achieving results.
