Introduction
We operate in the Building, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Supply and Delivery sectors and we're seeking an experienced Tender Administrator to join our team.
Desired Experience & Qualification
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date tender database and filing system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the necessary documentation for tender submissions.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding tender-related matters.
- Track tender outcomes and maintain records of awarded and unsuccessful bids.
- Ensure all company registrations, compliance documents, and certifications are current and readily available.
- Provide administrative support throughout the tendering process.
Package & Remuneration
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Tender Administrator or in a similar role.
- Experience in the Building, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Supply and Delivery industries.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Must be based in Centurion or the surrounding areas.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
