Job description

VACANCY: EXPERIENCED TENDER SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Tender Specialist to assist our company with identifying, preparing and submitting competitive tender applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Search for relevant tender opportunities

· Review tender documents and identify all requirements

· Prepare professional technical proposals and supporting documents

· Complete pricing schedules and tender returnable documents

· Compile tender files according to submission requirements

· Ensure compliance with mandatory requirements

· Manage tender deadlines and submission schedules

· Maintain an organised tender database and document register

· Follow up on submitted bids and provide progress reports

Minimum Requirements:

· Proven experience in tender administration and bid preparation

· Strong understanding of government and private-sector procurement processes

· Experience with eTender, CSD and supplier portals

· Excellent writing, administrative and organisational skills

· Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

· Attention to detail and a strong understanding of tender compliance

· Experience in cleaning, hygiene, pest control, logistics, mining or general supply tenders will be advantageous

· Traceable references and evidence of previously completed tenders are required
