JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an Associate Analyst Digital User Behaviour to join the Technology team. The successful candidate will analyse digital user journeys, identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decisions to enhance the digital customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse user behaviour across digital platforms.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve digital experiences.
Work with business analysts, UX designers and technology teams.
Gather and document business requirements.
Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
Support usability testing and digital improvement initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of digital customer journeys and user behaviour.
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
