TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Lead

Overview

We're looking for someone experienced in setting up and running affiliate/creator programs on TikTok Shop to help grow our brand's affiliate sales channel. This role will own the end-to-end management of our TikTok affiliate program — from recruiting creators to optimizing commission structures and reporting on performance.

Schedule

• Flexible during client business hours, UK Timezone, 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage an affiliate program on TikTok Shop (or similar creator marketplace tools)
• Recruit, vet, and onboard relevant TikTok creators/affiliates aligned with the brand
• Negotiate and manage commission structures, sample/product seeding, and payout terms
• Build and maintain relationships with top-performing creators to drive long-term partnerships
• Monitor affiliate performance (GMV, conversion rates, content quality) and optimize accordingly
• Coordinate with creators on content briefs, campaign themes, and product launches
• Track and report on program KPIs (sales, ROI, creator growth, engagement)
• Stay current on TikTok Shop policies, algorithm changes, and affiliate marketing best practices
• Troubleshoot issues related to TikTok Shop seller/affiliate center, payouts, and creator applications

Requirements

• Proven experience managing an affiliate or influencer program specifically on TikTok Shop
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center / Affiliate Center tools
• Strong understanding of creator/influencer marketing and e-commerce affiliate models
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategy
• Experience with commission structuring and negotiating creator partnerships
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with other affiliate/creator platforms (Instagram, Shopify Collabs, etc.)
• Background in e-commerce or DTC brand growth
• Content or campaign coordination experience
