Toilet Paper roll Rewinder Operator

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Toilet Paper Roll Rewinder Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, servicing, and maintaining the toilet paper rewinding machine to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the toilet paper rewinding machine.
• Set up machines according to production requirements.
• Service the rewinding machine and carry out routine preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and perform minor mechanical repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure rolls are wound to the correct size and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine inspections and report major faults.
• Minimize waste and maximize production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Comply with all company health and safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience operating toilet paper rewinding or tissue converting machinery.
• Must be able to service, maintain, and troubleshoot the rewinding machine.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: R5 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
