Purpose of the Role

Provide professional planning services including rezoning, consent use, township establishment and land development applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Land use assessments.
• Rezoning applications.
• Consent use applications.
• Planning reports.
• Municipal liaison.
• Development advisory.
• Property due diligence.
• Client consultations.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Town and Regional Planning.
• Registration with SACPLAN advantageous.
• Experience in municipal planning.
