Role Purpose The Traffic Manager is accountable for the end-to-end orchestration of work flowing through the creative and production pipeline, ensuring that all outputs originating from Partner briefs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.This position not only manages scheduling and resource allocation but also actively contributes to fostering a positive, collaborative environment where creativity and teamwork thrive. Requirements

5–6 years’ experience in Traffic or Project Management (agency, creative studio, or marketing environment).

Relevant Project Management qualification.

Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in job/project management tools (example Asana).

Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of creative, advertising and production processes.

Experience in Asana or ability to quickly learn new platform.
Duties & Responsibilities****Job/Project & Workflow Management
-
Manage the full lifecycle of all jobs from brief submission to final delivery, including production outputs.
-
Act as the primary intake control point for all work entering the system.
-
Develop and maintain daily schedules and weekly job overviews and proactively resolve risks, bottlenecks, and delays.
-
Set up briefing meetings between Studio and Briefer/approving Partner(s), ensuring they meet the quality standards before acceptance.

Monitor job progress, communicate changes to stakeholders and adjust timelines as needed.

Ensure all jobs/projects are delivered on time, in full, and within resource budget.

Maintain visibility of all work in Asana, ensuring that it is properly scoped, actively tracked and delivered within agreed timelines.
Brief Intake & Quality Control

Ensure the Briefs contain the necessary information (insights, objectives, references, images etc) before scheduling into the system.

Ensure all creative output meets the Brief objectives and requirements.

Coordinate and verify completion of revision cycles, ensuring all feedback has been addressed and the appropriate quality and approval checks have been completed prior to release.

Ensure all work is approved by the Studio Head/designated approver before it is issued to the Briefer/approving Partner/s.
Resource Allocation

Assign tasks to internal teams and freelancers based on availability and priorities.

Determine whether Project/Marketing Manager involvement is required based on complexity, stakeholder needs, business priority and urgency and allocate or assign tasks accordingly.

Balance workloads and ensure optimal use of resources.

Manage the delivery of outsourced work with suppliers.
Operational Rhythm & Production Coordination
-
Facilitate status meetings across creative, production, and business teams, internal and external partners to provide visibility of pipeline, review work in progress, align on priorities and outputs and manage expectations proactively.

Oversee and integrate production deliverables into the workflow.

Serve as Traffic liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Keep all departments informed of deadlines, priorities, and potential issues.

Identify and mitigate potential timeline/delivery risks.

Align closely with the Production Manager to ensure output readiness and that production timelines are met.
Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement

Track and analyse key performance metrics with oversight of delivery timelines, resource utilization, workflow bottlenecks and SLA adherence.

Compile daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (as agreed per Partners’ needs).

Compile performance reports to track resource utilization, time spent, and process compliance (agree content with the Studio Head, monthly).

Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and quality.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflow and processes.

Own and optimise use of Asana (or equivalent tools) and identify opportunities for automation, improved system usage and enhanced visibility.
Budget & Supplier Management

Monitor freelance and consultant spend.

Prepare production estimates in collaboration with Finance & Operations for any outsourced creative work.

Lead through influence by driving accountability, discipline in workflow processesand cross-team collaboration.
