Job description

This is a structured Graduate Programme designed to develop and grow your capability over time, building the technical, commercial and practical skills required. You will learn through exposure, guided development, and increasing responsibility, following a clear developmental pathway within the business.

This role combines commercial decision-making, product development and analytical thinking to support the delivery of commercially successful fashion ranges, aligning with our purpose of offering unique aspirational fashionable brands that are innovative, has an adventurous blend of colour, fabric and fashion styling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative and conceptual input

• Develop fashion ranges that are fashion forward to meet our customers needs

• Product design and construction

• Combine trend information with commercial awareness

• Constant product analysis

• Optimising relationships with suppliers

• Negotiation

• Managing budgets

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Fashion, Retail or related field

Competencies:

• Strong commercial awareness and interest in retail trading

• Numerical ability and analytical thinking

• Strong organisational skills
