TRAINEE: FINANCE (12-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT | POLOKWANE)

Motus Retail is looking for a motivated, customer-focused and commercially minded Trainee: Finance to join our dealership network on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or suitably qualified individual to gain practical, hands-on experience in the Finance environment while learning from experienced Finance Manager professionals.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in relevant workplace learning and development activities during the 12-month contract.

JOB PURPOSE

The Trainee: Finance will support the Finance team in managing finance processes while gaining practical knowledge and experience of the Finance environment.

The role will provide structured workplace learning and exposure to finance and dealership processes.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required to progress towards a career in Finance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• South African citizen.
• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance.
• Valid South African driver's license.
• Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
