Job description

Trainee Maths & Physics Tutor Wanted – Matric Level.

We are looking for a passionate and patient Trainee Tutor to join in our tuition center in Durban to help matric learners master Mathematics and Physical Sciences with in person classes.

What we’re looking for:

You have successfully completed Matric Mathematics and Physical Sciences (or equivalent).You are currently studying (or have graduated) in a STEM field, or you have strong, proven competence in these subjects.

You genuinely enjoy working with young people and have the patience and clear communication skills to explain concepts in ways that make sense.You are enthusiastic about helping learners build confidence and understanding, not just “covering the syllabus.”Previous tutoring experience is not required – we will provide training and ongoing support.

Key qualities we value more than perfect past marks: A solid and current grasp of Matric-level Maths and Physics. Real patience and empathy. The ability to break down difficult topics step-by-step. A strong desire to help learners succeed and enjoy the subjects.
