Trainee Millers needed for Food manufacturing plants in the Free State and Cape Town. Must have at least 2 - 3 years experience as a shift Miller on Maize / Wheat Plants with a Grade 12 and some completed SAGMA modules. Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Automated Mill exposure, PC literacy and previous experience of good safety and hygiene practices will secure. Excellent knowledge of throughput calculations and line balancing required.
