Job Objectives* Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures at the regional level.
- Support the Regional People Partner with employee relations and performance management activities.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Help maintain accurate HR records and employee data in compliance with company standards.
- Contribute to employee engagement and development initiatives.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis related to workforce metrics.
Qualifications* National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is essential.
Experience* Some exposure to Human Resources, either through internships, learnerships, or previous support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Knowledge and Skills* Basic understanding of HR principles and labour legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
